How do I upgrade my membership to a Lifetime Membership?

Make sure that you are logged in first and go here:

After completing payment, feel free to open up a ticket and request a pro-rated refund of the amount that you may have already paid towards another type of membership. (If you choose not to open a ticket, we will use those pro-rated funds toward operating expenses.)

Open a ticket by clicking “New Ticket” in the top right-hand corner of this page. (If you are on a mobile, you may have to click the menu at the top-right first in order to see the “New Ticket” item.)
